Global Forwarding (West) Limited is a privately owned British company.  It was founded in 1991 by the current Directors, all of whom have worked in various areas of business with larger companies.  Between them, the staff have over 150 years collective experience which covers all aspects of the business. 

Since the company was formed, Global have achieved substantial growth every year, and considers itself to be one of the leading independents in the South West region.
The original premises were at Bristol Airport until moving to Avonmouth in 1994.  Here, the company enjoyed larger offices along with secure warehousing through the Bristol International Airport Freight Centre. In October 2004, the company relocated to its new ERTS distribution depot, just off the M5 at Junction 20, Clevedon.
